A Track Record of Building & Strengthening Ministry

For 34 years, Rich Andrews did the same assignment in different places: take ministries with unrealized potential and build them into stronger, growing, sustainable platforms. Camps were often the focus but the leadership spanned conferences, retreats, performing arts, guest services, and multi-site operations.

A Snapshot

By the Numbers

34 Years of Ministry Leadership  |  $10M+ Annual Operations  |  $40M+ Capital Improvements Overseen  |  23,000+ Annual Guests Served  |  Up to 750 Seasonal Staff  |  Global Ministry Impact: 90+ Countries

Era 1 Platform Ministry (1993-1998)

Launching Something from Nothing- The Impact Team

Helped launch a new Gospel-centered youth outreach ministry from the ground up: recruiting, training, programming, and live presentation. The start of a career pattern — build the platform, then build the people to run it.

Era 2 Elementary Camps (1995-2000)

Doubling a Camp — Word of Life Ranch Turnaround

Helped lead the era that doubled New York camp attendance: stronger programming, a rebuilt camper experience, and seasonal teams scaled to deliver it.

Era 3 — Gospel Productions, Florida (1998–2013)

Building an Arts & Events Engine

Built out and launched a performing-arts and special-event ministry: venue development, production operations, staffing, and logistics. More than 225,000 patrons served; conferences and events reaching 5,000 participants.

Era 4 — Word of Life Florida (2000–2026)

Turning a 20-Year Financial Drain into a Flagship

The defining turnaround. A ministry that had operated in the red for over two decades became a flagship operation and major financial contributor across camps, conferences, retreats, and Bible Institute operations.

Era 5 — Multi-Site Executive Leadership (2023–2025)

Renewing a Whole Region

As Vice President of Youth & Family Camps: strategic clarity, leadership restructuring, and operational renewal across New York ministries — spanning camps, conferences, retreats, and customer care across multiple states.

Era 6 — Jenness Park (2025–2026)

Relaunching on the West Coast

Acquisition evaluation, transition planning, and relaunch framework for a renewed West Coast ministry presence: operating assumptions, program calendars, guest projections, rates, and revenue planning for a sustainable year-round model combining camp, retreat, outdoor education, and partner-ministry use.

The Through-Line

Launch what doesn't exist. Strengthen what's struggling. Grow what has potential. Build the people, facilities, systems, and financial foundation to sustain the mission in camping, operations, front-line ministry and beyond.
